Khloé tok ut skilsmisse første gang i 2013, men valgte å midlertidig trekke den tilbake da Lamar nesten døde etter å ha blitt funnet bevisstløs på et motellrom i Las Vegas i 2015.

12. april 2018 fikk hun og basketballspilleren Tristan Thompson en datter. Datteren deres heter True Thompson.

He played college football for the LSU Tigers and was selected by the New York Giants in the first round of the 2014 NFL draft.
