Clint Eastwood [klɪnt iːstwʊd], né le 31 mai 1930 à San Francisco, est un acteur, réalisateur, compositeur et producteur de cinéma américain. Autodidacte, il entre grâce à des amis au studio Universal où il interprète d’abord de petits rôles dans des séries B, puis l’un des rôles phares d'une longue série, Rawhide.

Il est alors remarqué par Sergio Leone qui l’embauche pour la Trilogie du dollar (Pour une poignée de dollars, Et pour quelques dollars de plus et Le Bon, la Brute et le Truand). Devenu célèbre, il interprète de nombreux rôles, d’abord pour Universal, puis pour Warner Bros., notamment celui de l'inspecteur Harry dans les films de la série Dirty Harry (1971-1988). En 1968, il devient producteur avec la création de la société Malpaso et réalise son premier film en 1971, avec Un frisson dans la nuit. Il compte à son actif des films comme Josey Wales hors-la-loi, L'Evadé d'Alcatraz, Impitoyable, Un monde parfait, Sur la route de Madison, Mystic River, Million Dollar Baby, Gran Torino, American Sniper ou encore Sully et La Mule.

D'abord connu pour ses rôles d'antihéros volontiers redresseur de torts et tragiques, dans des films d'action violents ou des westerns tels que L'Homme des hautes plaines ou encore Pale Rider, il a ensuite endossé des rôles plus touchants dans des films empreints d'un certain classicisme, influencés par le cinéma de John Ford et de Howard Hawks. Il est également connu pour ses comédies telles que Doux, Dur et Dingue et Ça va cogner.

Par sa longévité, sa richesse et ses nombreux succès, tant critiques que commerciaux, cette double carrière d'acteur et de réalisateur fait de Clint Eastwood une figure majeure du cinéma, tant au niveau américain qu'international. Il a été récompensé à de nombreuses reprises, remportant notamment quatre Oscars, cinq Golden Globes, trois César et la Palme d'honneur au Festival de Cannes en 2009.

Sandra Louise Anderson (née Smith; May 28, 1944 – November 3, 2018), professionally known as Sondra Locke, was an American actress and director.

An alumna of Middle Tennessee State University, Locke broke into regional show business with assorted posts at the Nashville-based radio station WSM-AM, then segued into television as a promotions assistant for WSM-TV. She performed in the theater company Circle Players Inc. while employed at WSM. In 1968, she made her film debut in The Heart Is a Lonely Hunter, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress and earned dual Golden Globe nominations for Best Supporting Actress and New Star of the Year.

Locke went on to appear in such box-office successes as Willard (1971), The Outlaw Josey Wales (1976), The Gauntlet (1977), Every Which Way but Loose (1978), Bronco Billy (1980), Any Which Way You Can (1980), and Sudden Impact (1983). She worked regularly with Clint Eastwood, who was her companion from 1975 to 1989 despite their marriages to other people. She directed four films, notably Impulse (1990). She published an autobiography, The Good, the Bad, and the Very Ugly: A Hollywood Journey, in 1997.

Locke's persona belied her age. She claimed to have been born several years later than 1944, often playing roles written for women far younger than herself, and kept her true age a secret throughout her career. For reasons never made clear, her death was not publicly announced and was only confirmed by vital statistics six weeks after she died of cardiac arrest at the age of 74. From 1967 until her death, Locke was the wife of sculptor Gordon Leigh Anderson, in a mixed-orientation union they reputedly never consummated.

Frances Louise Fisher (born May 11, 1952) is an American actress. She began her career in theater and later starred as Detective Deborah Saxon in the ABC daytime soap opera The Edge of Night (1976–1981). In film, she is known for her roles in Unforgiven (1992), Titanic (1997), True Crime (1999), House of Sand and Fog (2003), Laws of Attraction (2004), The Kingdom (2007), In the Valley of Elah (2007), Jolene (2008), The Lincoln Lawyer (2011), and The Host (2013). From 2014 to 2015, Fisher starred in the ABC drama series Resurrection. In 2019, she starred in the HBO television series Watchmen, a sequel to the graphic novel of the same title.
