Charles Grey, 2. jarl Grey, (født 13. mars 1764 i Fallodon nær Alnwick i Northumberland i England, død 17. juli 1845 i Howick) var en britisk adelsmann og politiker (whigpartiet). Han var sitt lands statsminister fra 1830 til 1834.

Grey er kjent for å ha fått vedtatt en banebrytende valgreform i 1832. Han fikk også vedtatt lover mot barnearbeid og mot slaveri i hele det britiske imperiet. Grey har gitt navnet til temerket Earl Grey,
