Martina Navrátilová (født 18. oktober 1956 i Řevnice nær Praha) er en tidligere tennisspiller. Hun kom opprinnelig fra Tsjekkoslovakia, men hoppet av til USA i 1975 og ble amerikansk statsborger i 1981. I løpet av karrieren vant hun 18 Grand Slam-titler i single og hele 41 i double. Hun vant singletittelen i Wimbledon hele 9 ganger.
Den siste Grand Slam-tittelen vant hun i mixed double i US Open i 2006, mindre enn to måneder før hun fylte 50 år.

Brown was active in a number of civil rights campaigns and criticized the marginalization of lesbians within feminist groups. Brown received the Pioneer Award for lifetime achievement at the Lambda Literary Awards in 2015. She is considered a significant Southern lesbian feminist poet and author and is associated with the women's liberation movement and women in print movement.
